I contributed to end-to-end QA for Ultimate Team, focusing on new seasonal features, cross-platform functionality, and live content delivery. My responsibilities included partnering with development teams to provide complete and concise feedback, performing manual testing, and writing clear, actionable bug reports in JaaS.

I also contributed to test planning and documentation, including the creation and modification of test cases, bug estimates, and test briefs. By maintaining and updating QA documentation, I ensured testing coverage remained aligned with evolving features. Additionally, I provided regular updates to partner teams on changes impacting Ultimate Team, helping prioritize key test areas and supporting smooth feature rollouts.
